Phillips Driveways & Excavation Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Phillips Driveways & Excavation. We are committed to delivering your merchandise quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, such as new product launches or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. We currently ship merchandise throughout the United States.

We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee.


3. Free Shipping Offer

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $175 or more (before tax and discounts).

Orders under $175 will be charged a calculated shipping rate at checkout. Free shipping applies only to standard ground shipping and does not include expedited or overnight delivery.


4. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.

If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing time, check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.


5. Delivery Estimates

Typical delivery times within the continental United States are 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, or carrier conditions.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@phillips-ss.com. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days after shipment, contact us at info@phillips-ss.com with your order number and tracking details.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping

At this time, Phillips Driveways & Excavation ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.


9. Preorders and Backorders

If an item is on preorder or temporarily out of stock, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
