Thank you for your purchase from Phillips Driveways & Excavation. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

All returned items must be free from signs of wear or use.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item once it has been approved for return and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
